Claudine Barretto was dismayed over the bashings of some netizens against Piolo Pascual and his son Iñigo, related to the photo of father and son where the bashers labeled it with malice when they were seen lying and embracing each other.
Claudine appealed to the netizens not to be nasty and refrain from maliciously maligning the photo of Piolo and son Iñigo lying on bed together.
She came to the rescue of Piolo Pascual to defend her friend from the bashers.
Some netizens made a mockery of the two, but for Piolo it’s nothing new to him and he’s gotten used to it.
Piolo simply said: “Ganun kami ka-affectionate so mainggit na lang sila.”
Claudine shared her opinion concerning the spiteful comments and defamatory remarks against her former love team and friend, Piolo Pascual. She felt disgruntled to the netizens who spread rumours and derogatory memes against Piolo and Iñigo
The actress initially said: “First of all, I’m not a person na mapagpatol only up to a certain point.
“There are people who’s personal Hobby & i guess HABIT na manira at manakit at mag SPREAD NG FALSE, PAINFUL, BELOW THE BELT COMMENTS sa mga artista na d naman nila EVER NAKASAMA O KAKILALA PERSONALLY!!
I am very Protective of the people i luv & know so soo well like @piolo_pascual ang tagal na kaseng ganito mga rumors kelan ba kayo titigil.
Ako at mga Kaibigan,kapatid at kapamilya ni Piolo ang MAS NAKAKAKILALA SA KANYA.sobrang kabastusan na etong mga memes nyo tungkol kay Pj at @iminigopascual gusto ko pong makiusap at mapagtanggol si Piolo simply because i know him very well.

She requested the bashers to stop their slanderous remarks and not to implicate the singer-actor’s son, Iñigo.
Claudine added: “Wala hong ginagawa sa kanila yung tao Rumespeto naman tayo sa inambag ng isang Piolo Pascual sa industria.
Dahil kapag nabigyan kayo ng pagkakataon makilala si Piolo sinisiguro ko lahat ng mga nam babash sa kanya mapapahiya po kayo.at pls lang wag tayo mandamay ng mga Anak. #stopthehate.”
Piolo simply shrugged off the offensive criticisms of the bashers and smilingly said: “Hindi na… kumbaga hindi ko na pinagtakahan yun. Yun talaga yung nature ng tao, e, mapag… masama yung mapagduda.
Eh, my son didn’t see me for two months, you know, so ganun kami.“Ganun kami ka-affectionate sa isa’t isa so mainggit na lang sila, di ba?”
The talented actor also emphasized that he doesn’t pay attention to the haters and bashers on the social media.
